What is a Core Fitness routine? Do you really know?
Most think it's
your abdominal wall when in fact your "CORE" is the 360 degree
circumference of your waistline and abdominal area.
A weak abdominal wall...well, we all know what that looks like!
A weak lower back...that can mean a whole host of bad things.
The
worst case scenario most notably leading to compression on, or a
pinching of the sciatic nerve. A lessor condition can also be a lumbar
vertebral shifting or mis-aligment caused by weak erector spinae
muscles. This can also lead to that nasty looking "belly" protrusion.
Simply put...a weak lower back makes your abdominal wall stick out like
you're 9 months pregnant!

We use exercise protocols from Yoga, Pilates, Stability Ball, Circuit
Training with emphasis on balance, agility and proper postural
alignment, traditional dynamic abdominal exercises, static abdominal
postures and a whole bunch of other movements designed to target your
core area providing you with an hour of total fun and successful
results.
CIRCUIT TRAINING Our
Circuit Training routine will keep you guessing. It's ever changing.
We never do the same thing two workouts in a row. What is a constant,
however, is the results that you will get after each and every
session. Every exercise we have you perform is a piece in your fitness
puzzle. What we mean by that is that there are many facets of your
training leading up to and into you achieving your goals other than
what you may think. For instance if weight loss is your goal you are
probably only focused on the number on the scale. However, we, as your
personal trainers are thinking much deeper and are focused on not only
your weight loss, but also on providing you with other benefits such as
a total body workout enabling you to be 100% fit in all areas and
aspects of your body. Our Circuit Training program allows us to
implement exercise and movements so as to help you train all areas of
your body. We keep you moving with a series of exercises designed to
accomplish this all in one hour. The rapid movement keeps your heart
rate at a fat burning level and the exercises help to tone and tighten
all of your muscles. The hour session is designed to hit most all
muscles groups giving you complete coverage or a total body workout.
We put special emphasis on those target areas such as your abdomen,
glutes, inner thighs and fundamental postural areas of the rear
deltoids and upper back or sub scapular area.
Your workout is not limited to our protocols. If there is something
special you really enjoy doing, just ask! We can easily fit it into

CARDIO KICKBOXING I'll
tell you right now that this is the BEST workout if you want ripped
abs, a tight booty, toned shoulders, supreme cardio endurance and burn
fat quicker than any workout you ever do.
It's Muay Thai Kickboxing (not for fighting) for ultra fitness.
We combine all of the aspects of kicking and punching into one action
packed hour long personal training session. We also put you through
traditional ab exercises, jump rope, sprints, aspects of core fitness
and cardiovascular training.
This is authentic Muay Thai Kickboxing training for fitness and there is nothing like it.
The hour consists of approximately 40 minutes of kicking and punching and the rest is all about the abs and cardiovascular.
You will burn on average of 1,000 calories in each workout which is
amazing when you consider that you are not only burning fat, but also
toning most all areas of your body as well.

We educate on all the kick and punch disciplines and then get right
into it! Takes about 15 minutes to to you and then it's go time!
Cardio Kickboxing is absolutely fantastic for helping you get slim, toned and get out the rage and aggression!
We bring all the kick pads, focus mits and gloves. You bring a couple
bottles of water and a towel and be ready to go at it with a
vengeance! Kick and punch as hard as you want. We're professionals.
